William Hemsworth is a former ordained Baptist and Lutheran who converted to Catholicism while attending seminary. He is a husband and father of four who is passionate about passing the faith on, and assists in teaching adults and children at his parish in Tucson, AZ. For every person that enters the church there are six who leave, and William feels his calling is to help change that by teaching what the church teaches an any given issue. This will be done through his own understanding, and by the help of authors and theologians that he will have on the show.
This episode is one of two that will be posted this week. The Eucharist is the source and summit of our faith, and a Pew Research survey published a few months ago showed that a majority of Catholics saw it as symbolic. This episode examines the scriptural evidence for the Catholic belief. Please visit my website at tucsonapologetics.org for more articles on the Eucharist.
This week I am honored to have author, podcaster, radio show host, and Shalom News anchor Kendra Von Esh on the program. Her journey of faith is inspiring, and we discuss how her journey started, some of her challenges, and what God has led her to now. Her story is inspirational! You can learn more about Kendra on her website at www.kendravonesh.com
In this week’s episode author Charles Johnston drops by to discuss his book titled “The Beauty of the Mass”. We also discuss his conversion to the Catholic church and how the Eucharist and the liturgy led him tp deeper research and the realization that the church is true. Charles has a popular blog and his website in www.nowthatimcatholic.com, and his book can be purchased on Amazon https://amzn.to/2leKTr1
