Born in Barcelona, Spain, Fr. Ricardo Martin is the pastor of Sacred Heart Parish in Racine, Wisconsin and the vice-chancellor of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. He was ordained a priest in 2003 by Cardinal Timothy M. Dolan, and he holds a Licentiate in Canon Law by the Catholic University of America. He is a member of the Community of Saint Paul, a public association of the faithful.
